We still require people to come forward to officiate at events throughout the year Don't worry if you have not set out an event before - you will be paired with an experienced club member. You will learn far more about your motor and how to drive it setting out one event than you will learn competing in the event
Directions to L&C Events
Arley
From junction 19 of the M6, take the A556 towards Northwich. Take right hand lane off the roundabout, and turn right by the Windmill pub on to the B5391. In approx 2/3rds mile, take right fork. After crossing narrow bridge, take first right turn and follow this lane for approx 2/3rds mile. (The surface changes from tarmac to concrete) Map ref. SJ 697 801.
Baden Hall - 2007 National
From the North Leave M6 at Junction 15, at end of slip-road turn left. At roundabout take 3rd exit, signposted A519 Eccleshall. Stay on A519. After approximately 9 miles turn left, road signposted Cold Meece Industrial Estate. Carry on for approximately 2 miles. Site entrance is on the right, after railway bridge. From the South Leave M6 at junction 14. Take A5013 to Eccleshall. In Eccleshall bear right at first mini roundabout, straight on at second roundabout on A519 towards Newcastle. As you leave Eccleshall take the right turn signposted Cold Meece Industrial Estate. Carry on for approximately 2 miles. Site entrance is on the right, after railway bridge. Note:- There is a weight limit of 7.5 tonne through the village of Swynnerton, and regardless of the wagons, we do not want to send 500 Land Rovers past their front doors.
Briarfield quarry
From M65 junction 12 turn right and carry on for 200 metres past B&Q to roundabout, turn right at next roundabout onto A56 (towards Burnley) for about three quarters of a mile to traffic lights. Turn left, up steep hill, past the Snowball pub to cross roads (Lane End pub) straight across up hill till you come to a T junction, turn right. After about half a mile at the cross roads (Sun Inn & Hare & Hounds) keep straight on, proceed with caution as the road is very narrow. After going over the river there are several bends and after about half a mile the road turns sharp right KEEP STRAIGHT ON into Shay Lane. (If you come to the Roggerham Gate pub you have missed Shay Lane). Go to the top of Shay Lane just before going into the farm yard turn left along the track to the quarry.

Catlow Quarry
From M56 travelling from Blackburn, leave motorway at J13 taking the 3rd exit from the 1st roundabout. Go under the M65, taking the 1st exit from the next roundabout. At the mini roundabout carry straight on. At the next mini roundabout turn left. At the next (double) mini roundabout turn right in to Walton Lane ( Hour Glass pub on right). At next mini roundabout turn right. At next mini roundabout turn left. Carry on until sign for "Coldwell Activity Centre" indicate a right turn - take it. Up the hill to a T junction and turn right. GO PAST Shooters Pub on the left for 1/4 mile. Turn left in to farm track. Turn left after buildings to gain access to the site. Grid Ref SD883365
Edgworth 1
M65 from Preston, leave at junction 4, come down the slip road and take the 1st exit of the roundabout, go down hill to next roundabout and turn left. Follow road to T junction and turn right. Go up hill to next set of traffic lights (Blackamoor Pub on right) and turn right onto Roman Road towards Edgworth,keep on this road for 2--3 miles after you have reached the top of the hill after going through Blacksnape there is a long slow down hill, as the road levels out there is a small Chapel on your right, the entrance is immediately after on your right. If you go down a steep hill, past a pub and over a bridge you have gone to far. Map REF 109/720198
Knutsford
From M6 junction 19, take A556 towards Knutsford/Northwich/Chester. Go past petrol station and minor road junction on left. Venue is at Holly Tree Farm approx 250m on left.
If coming from Chester direction, proceed on A556 to motorway roundabout. Go round roundabout and then follow directions above. NB: It is dangerous to try to cross traffic to save going round motorway roundabout. This is a busy road and the police keep a vigilant watch!
Mow Cop
From Congleton take A34 to Kidsgrove. In 1 mile turn left at Astbury. Follow this road for 1 mile, then turn right just as you go over the railway bridge. Follow road for 2 miles to top of hill. Site on right.

Wern Ganol
Take directions to Bwlchgwyn. Go past Milestone pub and carry on until crossroads. Turn right at crossroads and follow road for approx 1½ miles. Take second right and follow road round 90° right hand bend, carry on through farmers yard. Site is situated on right through gate.

Whitworth
Take A671 from Rochdale towards Burnley, cross 3 mini-roundabouts and after about 3 miles go into Whitworth. After second pedestrian crossing turn immediately left into Tong Lane, continue 300yds to crossroads and go straight across into Tong End. Go past front of Cock and Magpie pub and continue up the lane for approx 0.8 mile. In front of blue gates across the road turn right into the site and immediately left to take you to our camp area in about 200yds.
Social Post Nationals
Junction 11 M56, Head for Preston Brook and Northwich (A56), Follow Road for 2.5 miles, straight on for two mini roundabouts, Sutton Fields is signposted on the left in a brown tourist sign, Take first left onto private road for ¾ mile, then keep right into the stable yard. Caravan field will be signposted. Watch out for horses, they have right of way.
