L&C will be hosting its traditional Interclub over the Easter weekend at Nant Mwar Quarry near Owestry from the 10th to 13th April 2009.

Friday 10th April

8.45am ? 9.30am Scruttineering and Signing On for CCV
9.30am ? 10am CCV drivers briefing, line up and start

Bike Trial Scruttineering and Signing On will start ½ hour after trial finishes with start 1 hour after trial finishes.

Sunday 12th April
8.45am ? 9.30am Scruttineering and Signing On for RTV
9.30am ? 10am RTV drivers briefing, line up and start

5.45pm ? 6.45pm Scruttineering and Signing On Night Comp Safari
7pm Night Comp drivers briefing, line up and start
9pm Course Closes

Monday 13th April
8am ? 9am Scruttineering and Signing On (& Re-scruttineering)
10am Day Comp drivers briefing, line up and start

Please note that Scruttineering and Signing On will take place in the quarry unless advised otherwise.

Colouring Competitions and Quizzes should be handed in at caravan reception.

Site Rules
? We are not providing skips for rubbish. Please take this ALL home with you.
? Children must be kept supervised at all times. This is a working quarry and motorsport is dangerous, the terrain of the site includes rough ground and steep drops. We cannot guarantee that all visitors to the event are known to us or are members of the club. Please take care of your children: they are precious. L&C adhere to the child safety policy as set out by the MSA.
? No bikes are to be taken into the quarry unless for use in the bike trial at the allocated time and supervised by club officials.
? Please collect all dog poo, remember this is private land and no-one would want someone else?s dog poo in their garden! You will need to take this home with you. Dogs must be kept on a lead and supervised at all times.
? Please keep the traffic on site to a minimum, especially on the meadow in the event of rainfall.
? Please be courteous to our neighbours and landowner, this is their home and we are their guests.

Drinking Water, Toilets and an Elson Point are on site.

Please use all the facilities responsibly and leave them as you would like to find them.

Heading south from Wrexham take the A483/A5 to Oswestry. From the Oswestry by-pass, at the Mile end Roundabout take the second exit onto the A483 signed for Welshpool. At Llynclys turn right (by the White Lion pub) onto the A495 sign posted for Bala. Look for Nantmawr Quarry brown tourism signs ? Turn right opposite Hanson Quarry onto Blodwel Bank. At the next T-Junction turn left onto Nantmawr Bank, The site entrance is on the right after ¼ Mile.
